Today was a regular Hosting day at the hospital: What a great opportunity to see the works of the L-RD! A simple visit door to door handing out a simple newspaper and reading materials to patients and guests at the hospital. A reminder of people reaching out for healing. Our bodies were created to "long for You", O Lord. An ill patient barely well enough to turn her head utters a simple thank you. Many patients gratefully acknowledge the gift and also bless you back with a "have a good day too." Everyone recognizes a simple smile: "A cheerful glance brings joy ... " Prov. 15 says. Staff, care-givers and physicians alike gathered with the same passion of caring for the infirm. A place dedicated to healing. The smells can be heartbreaking and offensive but all are reminders of the decaying existence of this world. Praise G-d, all is to be replaced and we have been included to partake in the world to come, where there does not exist decay, tears or hurt; thanks for His Provision through Jesus Who took our healing stripes to His own glory.
