Genesis 5 - The lineage of Adam through Noah.

Genesis 32 - Jacob leaves Laban an prepares to encounter brother Esau and resume the feud. Again he encounters an angel as he did when he first arrived. He wrestles with G-D.

Exodus 5 - Moses' first request to Pharaoh is denied. The dispute results in labor problems and the Hebrews blame Moses and Aaron.

Exodus 32 - Israel grows impatient while Moses meets with G-D. They build a new god. The L-RD threatens to destroy Israel but Moses steps in.

Leviticus 5 - Sins of omission and ignorance and restitution in their cases.

Number 5 - Rules of quarantine, restitution and proving of adultery.

Numbers 32 - Gad, Reuben and half the tribe of Manasseh barter to become shock troops in the invasion of Canaan in exchange for the land of Og and Sihon for their cattle to settle.

Deuteronomy 5 - Moses recounts the giving of the Ten Commandments.

Deuteronomy 32 - Moses recites his poem as a memorial; then G-D tells him that he and Aaron are to die and not cross over Jordan.

Isaiah 5 - In greed and impatience Israel begins to practice injustice, spurning G-D's word. The Nations will be brought against her in judgment.

Isaiah 32 - A King is coming and there will be a new spirit in Israel.

Isaiah 59 - The L-RD Himself will save Israel because there is no other Savior, and He will bring on them a new Spirit.

Jeremiah 5 - There is no man left in Israel who is loyal to G-D, if they say that they are they are lying. Judgment will be sent, they are no longer capable of repentance.

Jeremiah 32 - Babylon will destroy Jerusalem and King Zedekiah. But G-D will provide a restoration and a new heart (40).

Ezekiel 5 - Shave all of yur hair and use it to teach a lesson.

Ezekiel 32 - The doom of Egypt under Babylon will be an example for all of the world to see.

Jeremiah 47 (From the Yearly List) - The Philistines awai t to be conquered from the North.

Psalms 32 - You forgave my sin and that made me free.

Psalms 59 - My enemy does not need a reason to persecute me.

Psalms 86 - YOU are a G-D that forgives sin. None other can do that.

Psalms 113 - The Servants of G-D are everywhere giving praise to HIM.

Psalms 140 - War exists because evil men live to plot it.

Proverbs 5 - The "strange" woman belongs to everybody; your wife belongs only to you.

Job 5 - The explanation is that G-D was doing this to Job in order to teach him a lesson.

Job 32 - Job insists on his righteousness being still valid. Young Elihu comments on the value of wisdom. He wants to offer his assessment.

Eccesiastes 5 - Greed lives for more and more but never enjoys what it has. He looses it while brooding for tomorrow.

Daniel 5 - Daniel interprets the hand writing on the wall to Belshazzar.

Matthew 5 -

The Sermon on the Mount begins. Teaching the masses. Many unlearned and curious come to hear.

Mark 5 -

People marvel at the authority of Jesus' teachings. He sends out His disciples. Herod thinks that Jesus is John the baptist come back from the dead.

Luke 5 -

Teaches from a boat. Miracle of the large catch. He heals leprosy and other sicknesses.

John 5 -

The healing at the Pool of Bethesda. Compares self to the Father and testifies of Himself from the Scriptures.

Acts 5 -

The deaths of Ananias and Saphira. The disciples are persecuted and jailed again.

Romans 5 -

Our faith in Jesus makes us justified, declared rignteous.

Hebrews 5 -

A High Priest was able to have compassion on those whose sins were being covered because he also was a sinner.

Revelation 5 -

The Lamb opens the book which had been sealed with seven seals.

Galatians 5 -

Justified by faith applies to all men, therefore all men are equal, no need to change by working at it in order to be justified as the Law implied.
