Thankful for our meeting this morning before sabbath. We read both parshas, 24.vi and 24.vii, as we will not meet to morrow morning. The first reading was Leviticus 4:27 - 6:7. Sin is inherent. It must be atoned for whether we understand the infraction or no, because sin is a state as well as a symptomatic act. Therefore, the specific offerings reflect some differences. This section of torah mentions infractions that are deliberate and those that are of mere ignorance. Our Second Reading was from 1-Samuel 30. The first shall be last and the last first. Messiah reminded us that there is no distinction in the eyes of a just G-d. We are all in the battle, doing our separate work in the kingdom. (see verse 24) First Chronicles Chapter 25 was our third reading. The Levite Orchestra is assigned their service times by lot. The appointed times are set by G-d. The Last reading was from James 4. Do not be like the unwise who speculate their gain basd on what tomorrow delivers. "You do not know" if there is even a tomorrow. ...,... Today will entail office hours at the Police Station and being available for thier needs. Spent some time with officers in Dispatch this morning.
