We held a Memorial Service at First Baptist Church for the Lamont family. Afterwards they held a reception in their home where I was invited to talk individually with family members. The youngest son, just back from duty in Iraq was the most distraught. Remember them.
Phillip, an old friend, was at the hospital. His grand daughter was in emergency. They are homeless. Remember them.
Mrs. C 's son asked us to visit her. In the final stages of cancer. She will not recover. Remember them.
D. whose son was born with no brain is still in shock. Remember her.
Prayed with three trustees in the city jail.
