When operating the Chaplain Vehicle for the Police Department I get the opportunity to drive it to the city jail where it is washed by trustees.

This is a good opportunity to talk to the trustees in the jail.

Today I met Israel and Mark. I asked them about their Peace with G-d. Israel asked that we remember him in prayer.

This reminded me of the story of Christ at His execution. One thief declared that He sould not die because He was sinless, unlike himself. "Remember me," he asked the Lord.

"Today you will be with me," He promised.

The Gospel in a nutshell: I have a need. He is the answer.
